Regent Arcade consists of a significant retail and office island site in the heart of The Lanes with prominent frontage along four of The Lanes' busiest streets. The East Street element comprises four retail units and has become very popular with high quality retail brands.

Bartholomews offers an attractive period fašade where the entrance to the recently refurbished offices at 22a East Street and further office space above No. 2 Bartholomews are accessed. Market Street, which is pedestrianised, provides a strong frontage and link to Nile Street and Prince Albert Street, which constitutes a pedestrian conduit.

Regent Arcade itself benefits from four entrance/exits, the entrance from East Street has recently been re-modelled and refurbished to fully integrate the Arcade with the street scene.
